For your convenience, registration is online. Registration fees include the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and all social events.
- Until February 15, 2011: US$625
- After February 15, 2011: US$750
On-Site Registration: US$750
Student registration: US$375
Extra banquet ticket for guest: US$80
RIKEN tour: US$10
Spouses/Guest Program: Costs will be determined on-site depending on the specific arrangements.
(a) On-line PRE-REGISTRATION ends March 1, 2011 at which point you will need to register on-site.
(b) At least one of the authors on each submitted paper must register before January 15, 2011 in order to submit the paper..
(c) CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations on or prior to February 22, 2011 are fully refundable less a US$200 processing fee.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 22, 2010
- Registrations my be transferable to a substitute if the original registrant cannot attend. Please make arrangements with the Conference Secretary.
